Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
Payments are securely processed via available methods including credit card and QRIS through Xendit.

3. Project Scope and Revisions
Each project includes a limited number of revisions as agreed before starting.
Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and communicated before the project starts.
Delays caused by client feedback, revisions, or incomplete materials are not the responsibility of Tjanaka X Studios.

5. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide clear instructions, references, and materials.
We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by unclear or incomplete direction.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Final deliverables are granted to the client after full payment for agreed usage.
Tjanaka X Studios retains the right to showcase the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Digital Products
All digital products are non-transferable and for personal or licensed use only.
Reselling, redistributing, or sharing without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Tjanaka X Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund Policy

All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
